announce the addition of Dale Congelliere to the PMIS team. With over 30 years
of hands-on manufacturing experience and past owner of Crenshaw Die &
Manufacturing Corporation, Dale brings his understanding of the industry and
his unique perspective to the aid of Orange County precision manufacturers.
From a tool and die apprenticeship in 1975 at
19, to the Board room as a founding Director of the California Metals
Coalition (CMC) and active Board member of California Precision Metalforming
Association (PMA) from 2002 to 2010, Congelliere will be able to offer insights
to even seasoned business owners. “After selling my company a couple of years
ago, taking a position at PMIS was a natural progression for me. PMIS allows me
to give back to the industry that supported me and my family for so many years.
I know I can use my experience to benefit other manufacturers and make a
positive impact on their business” said Congelliere. As a fully trained
insurance professional, Dale will help his clients mitigate the risks specific
to the precision manufacturing industry.
